Flake ice Maker with Storage Bin
Machine for the continuous production of flake ice, designed for professional applications. Stainless steel construction, with a lower storage bin featuring a plastic interior with rounded corners to facilitate cleaning operations and ensure high hygiene standards. Polyurethane foam insulation helps preserve the ice.
The system is managed by an electronic control with self-diagnosis functions and alarm signals. A safety thermostat automatically stops production when the maximum level in the bin is reached.
The machine integrates an automatic and continuous sanitization system. The condenser filter is front-removable to simplify routine maintenance.
